It all starts at the reception desk and young gentlemen behind the desk was fast and professional … 10 points to the receptionist. Hotel has several free parking places and 1 floor quests can park their car in front of the room. Building itself is nice and modern, rooms are quiet and there is exeptional wifi coverage. Rooms are heated and air conditioned and system works almost silently. Beds are huge and comfy, with variety of pillows. Downstairs you will find lovely spa facility which by surprise was also included in room price. This hotel also has restaurant in house. I am picky about hotels, but this plase was such a pleasant surprise for me.

As a queer couple we felt respected and welcomed. EV charging worked without problems. The spa has everything you'd expect from a hotel spa and is nice and clean. The other visitors were respectful and adhering to hygiene standards (which isn't always the case so I feel it should be pointed out). Overall, a relaxing stay. Perfect for a stop on the way further south/north, depending on where you're coming from.

We loved the spa area and the indoor pool was quite nice. Comfortable room with a pretty balcony view of the lake. We had a car so the distance from town didn't matter.

Excellent base to visit the lakes and Milan, loved the parking arrangements right in front of the entrance to the room. The personnel lovely and helpful. Lots of great places to eat around Vareze and around. DId not try the restaurant in the hotel - Thought would try the authentic (and much cheaper) nearby places and did not regret. We had outstanding meals the 3 nights we stayed - Bologna restaurant in Vareze expecially recommended. The room is clean, well appointed and nicely decorated. The mattress is on the hard side which I personally loved.

The spa is really good with lots of activities, two pools, several saunas, all equipment included. The restaurant was good as well. The room was decent size. Very pet friendly, including a special area for the dogs.

Its located very close to the city center of Varese, as well as other dining places and natural attractions.

Breakfast was lovely and it was fresh and had all the range. Carpark was handy. and felt secure. Room was quaint and clean.

We had a great stay at the, very clean - nice pool outdoor and indoor spa facilities. We had lunch at the property and was delicious and super fresh. Parking is included and very convenient. Spacious rooms, we had lake view and a small terrace on the 1st floor. Lovely breakfast and coffee. Very good value for money and amazing staff at the reception desk. WE had a perfect stay.

Nice location with spa, pool and restaurant short distance from Lago Varese - in between Lago Maggiore and Lago Como. Hotel looks freshly renovated with parking in front of the rooms for the standard rooms and covered garage parking for the rooms with sea-view. Breakfast with 12 EUR p.p. well worth it. Nice spa included, in pre-season eventually no time-slot restrictions, which otherwise you would have to book upon arrival.
